All edited photographs purchased or displayed on this website are displayed under the copyright or licensed to Grafton Photography Limited and are protected under the Copyright & Related Rights Act, 2000. For those lovely clients who have bought digital files as part of their photography session, Grafton Photography Limited does grant limited reproduction rights for personal use.
Any client who has received or bought digital files are entitled (under license) to use them for personal and non-commercial purposes, including producing prints, posters, canvas wraps, books and other printed matter, multi-media slideshows and other computer or electronic media projects.
The user licence specifically excludes the sale of the digital files or items produced from the files for commercial gain, advertising, publicity or any other commercial use without the written permission from Grafton Photography. If permission is required to use any digital files commercially, or for any other use not listed here, or if any doubt exists as to the extent of licensed usage, please contact Grafton Photography at email@example.com
If you are a third party, such as media or magazines, and would like to use some of our pictures, please contact Grafton Photography. If any of our images are used on a public forum (i.e. website or social networking site) then Grafton Photography would be grateful if credit is been given to Laine Alcantara.

We will collect your name and surname, email address, phone number and home address in order to furnish you with a quote for our photography services. We will also need these details should you decide to proceed with a booking.
If you decide to book in with us, this information will be used to contact you in relation to your session, orders and to post out your prints if required.
I will not share this data with a third party without your consent.
Due to the nature of our business, it’s very important for us to share photographs of clients on this website and our social media posts. Names and surnames will never be published. You may request the post to be removed.
HOW WE COLLECT AND KEEP YOUR PERSONAL DATA
We collect your data through the contact form on this website which is linked to our email with a protected password. Our website is protected with SSL Certificate and a lock icon will appear on your web browser to show that the page is secure. We don’t keep any of your card details for further transactions.
Another part of our priority is adding protection for children while using the internet. We encourage parents and guardians to observe, participate in, and/or monitor and guide their online activity.
Grafton Photography does not knowingly collect any Personal Identifiable Information from children under the age of 13. If you think that your child provided this kind of information on our website, we strongly encourage you to contact us immediately and we will do our best efforts to promptly remove such information from our records.
We take the photographs and archive all images you have purchased for the lifetime of the business. We may not be hold responsible for loss or damage of files. If we decide to clean space in our archives, we will delete your files that haven’t been purchased, without your permission. Your personal data is retained for the lifetime of the archive. For tax purposes, We are required to hold business accounts for a period of 5 years after filing. You may request to see that data and we will furnish it as quick as possible. Any data may be removed on request.
